Get Help Fast

  • First-time setup: Visit your dashboard to manage products, branding, and payment options.
  • Billing queries: Review your invoices or billing status under Settings > Billing.
  • Feature requests: We value feedback. If something's missing, let us know.

When to Open a Ticket

Please open a support ticket if you're experiencing any of the following:

  • Your shop or subdomain is not loading
  • You are seeing repeated system errors or bugs
  • There’s a billing error or incorrect charge
  • You are locked out of your account
  • You need help with a time-sensitive technical issue
